Chapter 38 - Mediation and Arbitration
NRS 38.455 - "Proceeding" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 38.455 (2020)
"Proceeding" means:
1. A judicial, administrative, arbitral or other adjudicative process before a tribunal, including related prehearing and posthearing motions, conferences and discovery; or
2. A legislative hearing or similar process.
