Chapter 370 - Tobacco: Licenses and Taxes; Supervision of Manufacturers and Wholesale Dealers
NRS 370.561 - "Warehouse or distribution center" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 370.561 (2020)
"Warehouse or distribution center" means a building in this State which is owned, leased or rented and operated by a manufacturer, wholesale dealer of cigarettes, wholesale dealer of other tobacco products or tobacco retail dealer for the temporary storage of cigarettes or other tobacco products.
