Chapter 370 - Tobacco: Licenses and Taxes; Supervision of Manufacturers and Wholesale Dealers
NRS 370.447 - Required inventory for wholesale dealer.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 370.447 (2020)
Each person licensed as a wholesale dealer of other tobacco products shall keep on hand at all times other tobacco products of a wholesale value of at least $5,000.
