NRS 370.390 - Penalty for violation of NRS 370.090 to 370.315, inclusive.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 370.390 (2020)
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 370.382, any person violating any of the provisions of NRS 370.090 to 370.315, inclusive, or 370.531 to 370.597, inclusive, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
