Chapter 366 - Tax on Special Fuel
NRS 366.095 - "Terminal" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 366.095 (2020)
"Terminal" means a facility for the storage of special fuel which is supplied by a motor vehicle, pipeline or vessel and from which special fuel is removed for distribution at a rack.
