Chapter 366 - Tax on Special Fuel
NRS 366.075 - Special fuel transporter" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 366.075 (2020)
"Special fuel transporter" means a person, except a special fuel supplier or special fuel exporter licensed pursuant to this chapter, who transports special fuel in interstate commerce by pipeline, rail or truck to or from any point within this State, or solely within this State.
