Chapter 366 - Tax on Special Fuel
NRS 366.065 - "Special fuel exporter" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 366.065 (2020)
"Special fuel exporter" means a person, other than a special fuel supplier, who receives special fuel in this State and sells or distributes it outside this State.
