Chapter 361 - Property Tax
NRS 361.475 - County treasurers to be tax receivers.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 361.475 (2020)
The several county treasurers of this state shall be ex officio tax receivers under the provisions of this chapter for their several counties, and they shall receive all taxes assessed upon the real property tax roll.
