Chapter 329 - Perpetuation of Corners
NRS 329.100 - "Property corner" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 329.100 (2020)
"Property corner" means a geographic point on the surface of the earth which is on and a part of a property line and controls the location of such line.
