NRS 2A.260 - Other employees.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 2A.260 (2020)
The Court of Appeals, or a majority thereof, is authorized to employ stenographic clerks, law clerks, legal assistants, legal secretaries and other necessary employees within the limits of the appropriation made for the support of the Court of Appeals.
