Chapter 293C - City Elections
NRS 293C.365 - Accounting for all paper ballots before counting of votes begins.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 293C.365 (2020)
Except as otherwise provided for an affected election that is subject to the provisions of NRS 293.8801 to 293.8887, inclusive, a counting board in any precinct, district or polling place in which paper ballots are used may not begin to count the votes until all ballots used or unused are accounted for.
