Chapter 293C - City Elections
NRS 293C.255 - Name of candidate on ballot not to include title, designation of profession or occupation.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 293C.255 (2020)
In any election regulated by this chapter, the names of candidates as printed on the ballot must not include any title, designation or other reference that indicates the profession or occupation of the candidates.
