Chapter 284 - State Personnel System
NRS 284.410 - False statement or report; fraud.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 284.410 (2020)
No person shall make any false statement, certificate, mark, rating or report with regard to any examination, certification or appointment made under any provision of this chapter, or in any manner commit or attempt to commit any fraud preventing the impartial execution of this chapter and the rules and regulations.
