NRS 284.317 - Appointment of persons with disabilities.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 284.317 (2020)
Full consideration must be given to the employment of a person with a disability for a position if the person is capable of performing the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
