Chapter 284 - State Personnel System
NRS 284.254 - Preference on list for person separated from service because agency terminated.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 284.254 (2020)
In establishing lists of eligible persons, a preference must be allowed for each person in the classified service who has been separated from the service because the agency by which the person was employed was terminated pursuant to NRS 232B.100.
