Chapter 282 - Official Bonds and Oaths
NRS 282.120 - Number of sureties on official bond.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 282.120 (2020)
Unless otherwise expressly provided, there shall be at least two sureties upon the official bond of every officer.
