Chapter 237 - Miscellaneous Provisions Applicable to Governmental Entities
NRS 237.140 - Action in violation of certain provisions is void.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 237.140 (2020)
Any action of the governing body of a local government to adopt a proposed rule in violation of the provisions of NRS 237.030 to 237.150, inclusive, is void.
