Chapter 231 - Economic Development, Tourism and Cultural Affairs
NRS 231.700 - Administration of Fund; regulations.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 231.700 (2020)
The Commission shall:
1. Administer the Fund; and
2. Adopt any regulations necessary or convenient to carry out the provisions of NRS 231.600 to 231.720, inclusive.
