Chapter 223 - Governor
NRS 223.900 - "State agency" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 223.900 (2020)
As used in NRS 223.900 to 223.930, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, "state agency" means every public agency, bureau, board, commission, department or division of the Executive Department of the State Government.
