Chapter 223 - Governor
NRS 223.030 - Oath.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 223.030 (2020)
The Governor shall take and subscribe to the official oath before the Chief Justice or one of the associate justices of the Supreme Court on the 1st Monday of January next succeeding his or her election.
