Chapter 217 - Aid to Certain Victims of Crime
NRS 217.570 - "Criminal activity" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 217.570 (2020)
"Criminal activity" means an offense for which the elements are substantially similar to an offense described in 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(15)(U)(iii) or the attempt, solicitation or conspiracy to commit such an offense.
