Chapter 217 - Aid to Certain Victims of Crime
NRS 217.060 - "Relative" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 217.060 (2020)
"Relative" of any person includes:
1. A spouse, parent, grandparent or stepparent;
2. A natural born, step or adopted child;
3. A grandchild, brother, sister, half brother or half sister; or
4. A parent of a spouse.
