Chapter 206 - Malicious Mischief
NRS 206.003 - "Estray" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 206.003 (2020)
"Estray" means any livestock running at large upon public or private lands in this State whose owner is unknown in the section where the animal is found.
