NRS 179.440 - "Oral communication" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 179.440 (2020)
"Oral communication" means any verbal message uttered by a person exhibiting an expectation that such communication is not subject to interception, under circumstances justifying such expectation. The term does not include an electronic communication.
