NRS 179.395 - Bench warrant after conviction.

A bench warrant may be in substantially the following form:

The State of Nevada, to any sheriff, constable, marshal, police officer or other peace officer in this state: A. B. having been on the ........ day of the month of ............ of the year ........ duly convicted in the .................... Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada and in and for the County of ...................., of the crime of (designating it generally); you are therefore commanded forthwith to arrest the above-named A. B. and bring A. B. before that court for judgment, or if the court has adjourned, that you deliver A. B. into the custody of the sheriff of the County of ....................
