Chapter 172 - Proceedings After Commitment and Before Indictment
NRS 172.185 - Grand jury entitled to enter jails and examine records.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 172.185 (2020)
The grand jury shall be entitled to free access, at all reasonable times, to all public prisons and to the examination without charge of all public records within its district.
