Chapter 167 - Transfers to Minors (Uniform Act)
NRS 167.095 - Transfer by custodian to minor.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 167.095 (2020)
The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor’s estate upon the earlier of:
1. The minor’s attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under NRS 167.023, 167.025, 167.027 or 167.029, or the age provided for under NRS 167.034, whichever is later; or
2. The minor’s death.
