Chapter 162A - Power of Attorney for Financial Matters and Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care Decisions
NRS 162A.090 - "Power of attorney" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 162A.090 (2020)
"Power of attorney" means a writing or other record that grants authority to an agent to act in the place of the principal, whether or not the term "power of attorney" is used.
