Chapter 132 - General Provisions
NRS 132.119 - "Electronic will" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 132.119 (2020)
"Electronic will" means an instrument, including, without limitation, a codicil, that is executed by a person in accordance with the requirements of NRS 133.085 and which disposes of the property of the person upon or after his or her death.
