Chapter 130 - Interjurisdictional Enforcement of Support
NRS 130.7015 - "Direct request" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 130.7015 (2020)
"Direct request" means a petition filed by an individual in a tribunal of this State in a proceeding involving an obligee, obligor or a child residing outside the United States.
