Chapter 130 - Interjurisdictional Enforcement of Support
NRS 130.10143 - "Issuing tribunal" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 130.10143 (2020)
"Issuing tribunal" means a tribunal of a state or foreign country that issues a support order or a judgment determining parentage of a child.
