Chapter 116B - Condominium Hotel Act
NRS 116B.150 - "Limited common element" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 116B.150 (2020)
"Limited common element" means a portion of the common elements allocated by the declaration or by operation of this chapter for the exclusive use of one or more but fewer than all of the units.
