Chapter 116B - Condominium Hotel Act
NRS 116B.090 - "Dispose" and "disposition" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 116B.090 (2020)
"Dispose" or "disposition" means a voluntary transfer to a purchaser of any legal or equitable interest in a residential unit, but the term does not include the transfer or release of a security interest.
