Chapter 116B - Condominium Hotel Act
NRS 116B.065 - "Converted building" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 116B.065 (2020)
"Converted building" means a building that at any time before creation of the condominium hotel was occupied wholly or partially by persons other than purchasers and persons who occupy with the consent of purchasers.
