Chapter 111 - Estates in Property; Conveyancing and Recording
NRS 111.801 - Character of and rights in community property not altered; exception.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 111.801 (2020)
A deposit of community property in an account does not alter the community character of the property or community rights in the property, but a right of survivorship between parties married to each other arising from the express terms of the account or NRS 111.795 may not be altered by a will.
