NRS 86.545 - Issuance of certificate of registration by Secretary of State.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 86.545 (2019)
If the Secretary of State finds that an application for registration conforms to law and all requisite fees have been paid, the Secretary of State shall issue a certificate of registration to transact business in this State and mail it to the person who filed the application or the person’s representative.
