Chapter 706 - Motor Carriers
NRS 706.421 - Contract motor carrier must obtain permit from Commission.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 706.421 (2019)
It is unlawful for any contract motor carrier to act as such within this State in intrastate commerce without first having obtained a permit therefor.
