NRS 695I.080 - “Qualified health plan” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 695I.080 (2019)
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 695I.370, “qualified health plan” has the meaning ascribed to it in § 1301 of the Federal Act.
