Chapter 692A - Title Insurance
NRS 692A.080 - “Title plant company” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 692A.080 (2019)
“Title plant company” means a person engaged in the business of preparing title searches, title examinations and certificates or abstracts of title which are the basis of the issuance of title policies by a title insurer.
