Chapter 689 - Funeral and Burial Services
NRS 689.470 - “Performer” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 689.470 (2019)
“Performer” means any person designated in the prepaid contract to furnish the burial merchandise and supplies and to perform the services covered by the contract, on the demise of the beneficiary.
