Chapter 689 - Funeral and Burial Services
NRS 689.065 - “Net purchase price” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 689.065 (2019)
“Net purchase price” means the purchase price, including interest earned on the trust funds attributable to the buyer, remaining after deduction of the sales commission.
