Chapter 687B - Contracts of Insurance
NRS 687B.640 - “Network” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 687B.640 (2019)
“Network” means a defined set of providers of health care who are under contract with a health carrier to provide health care services pursuant to a network plan offered or issued by the health carrier.
