NRS 686C.360 - Association tax exempt; exceptions.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 686C.360 (2019)
The Association is exempt from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by this state or any of its political subdivisions, except taxes on property and the commerce tax imposed pursuant to chapter 363C of NRS.
