NRS 686C.270 - Rates and dividends may reflect assessments. [Effective through December 31, 2019.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 686C.270 (2019)
It is proper for any member insurer, in determining its rates of premium and dividends to owners of policies as to any kind of insurance within the scope of this chapter, to consider the amount reasonably necessary to meet its obligations for assessment under this chapter.
