NRS 686C.125 - “Supplemental contract” defined. [Effective January 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 686C.125 (2019)
“Supplemental contract” means a written agreement for the distribution of proceeds from a life or health insurance policy or contract or an annuity.
