Chapter 686C - Nevada Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association
NRS 686C.080 - “Covered policy” defined. [Effective through December 31, 2019.]

“Covered policy” means any policy or contract included within the scope of this chapter, as expressed in NRS 686C.030 and 686C.035.
