NRS 682A.217 - “Underlying interest” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 682A.217 (2019)
“Underlying interest” means the assets, liabilities, other interests or a combination thereof underlying a derivative instrument, including, without limitation, any one or more securities, currencies, rates, indices, commodities or derivative instruments.
