NRS 682A.127 - “Limited-liability company” defined.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 682A.127 (2019)

“Limited-liability company” means a business organization, excluding partnerships and ordinary business corporations, that is organized or operating in accordance with the laws of the United States, or any state thereof, and that limits the personal liability of investors to the equity investment of the investor in the business organization.
