NRS 682A.117 - “Investment practices” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 682A.117 (2019)
“Investment practices” means transactions of the types described in NRS 682A.438, 682A.450 to 682A.458, inclusive, 682A.548 and 682A.560 to 682A.568, inclusive.
