Chapter 682A - Investments
NRS 682A.013 - “Accident and health insurance” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 682A.013 (2019)
“Accident and health insurance” means protection which provides payment of benefits for covered sickness or accidental injury. The term does not include credit insurance, disability insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance and long-term care insurance.
